You are welcome to collect shelving from our Sunshine West (Melbourne) warehouse Monday - Friday. This excludes Victorian Public Holidays - check opening times here. We are located in the inner west (just past Footscray) and close to the West Gate Freeway, M80 Western/Metropolitan Ring Road and Geelong Road.
ZONE 1: Melbourne Metro and Geelong $49.99 Flat-Rate
Order up as much as you like and we'll personally deliver your steel garage shelving in our van within 2-4 days for a flat rate price of only $49.99.
This offer covers all of metro Melbourne and all Geelong postcodes. You can contact us to discuss, or go ahead and build your order and select the option at checkout.
Express Delivery to Melbourne Option
Need your shelving FAST? We offer cheap EXPRESS SAME DAY Melbourne delivery starting as low as $59.99 (depending on your order and distance from our warehouse) if you order before 11am on business days Monday-Friday. If you miss the 11am cut-off just give us a call and we'll do what we can to help.
Once you order, you will be sent tracking information and SMS alerts to track the progress of your delivery.
We offer a 1 and 2 tonne truck service that depends on the volume of shelving you order. To get a rate, add your items to cart and enter your address details at checkout.
ZONE 2: Regional Victoria Ring $79.99 Flat-Rate
This service offers a subsidised flat-rate delivery price for steel garage shelving to towns and suburbs as far south as Torquay, west to Ballarat, north to Seymour, east to Warragul and all of the Mornington Peninsula.

We offer a flat rate service to this zone using our own fleet of delivery vehicles (this means the shipping cost is the same if you order 1 bay or 20 bays).
We are also in control of getting the garage shelving to you with our own drivers in this Zone. This means we can work with you on the details if you have any special requests.
ZONE 2 includes the following areas:
- South as far as Torquay.
- West along the Western Freeway to Ballarat and surrounding towns like Sebastopol, Creswick, Buninyong, Smythesdale and Beaufort. We also stop at towns along the Western Freeway like Melton, Bacchus Marsh and Ballan.
- North along the Calder to Kyneton, Woodend and Malmsbury; and up the Hume Highway to Seymour and including areas like Beveridge, Wallan, Wandong, Broadford, Tallarook and surrounding towns.
- East to Warragul along the Monash / Princes Highway including suburbs like Packenham, Nar Nar Goon, Tynong, Garfield, Bunyip, Longwarry and Drouin.

Due to the long and bulky nature of longspan garage steel shelving, it can be expensive to ship and delivery to remote and regional towns is more suited to larger orders.

How much does shipping cost?
Freight prices start from $49.99 to a maximum of $200 including GST for all of Victoria.
Shelving Pro now also offers a 2-4 day delivery service for a flat-rate of $49.99 to all Melbourne metro. Order as much as you want and only pay the one delivery fee.
The price to ship your order depends on your location and the items you’ve ordered. For customers within ZONE 1 $49.99 Melbourne and ZONE 2 $79.99 (Regional Victoria within 2 hours of Sunshine West in Melbourne) we recommend you add your items to cart and proceed to checkout for a price. Customers for the rest of Victoria are advised to contact us for a quote.
Do you deliver to all of Victoria?
Yes, we do. We deliver to any residential or business address within Victoria.
We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. For further information, please contact customer support.
Do you deliver outside of Victoria?

If I'm collecting - how much can I fit in my car, truck or ute?
When you choose to collect your shelving or workbenches from our Sunshine West warehouse, the products will be flat-packed in cardboard boxes for safe and easy handling.
We have staff available on site during all opening hours who have experience moving and packing our shelving products. We will help you get it packed in your vehicle and on your way.

How long does delivery take?
Orders for items that are currently in stock are usually dispatched within 24 business hours from our Melbourne warehouse. If you live in Melbourne and want it that business day, please place your order before 11am. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched and SMS alerts as the delivery approaches.
Delivery to our Zone 2 Regional Victoria within 2 hours of Sunshine West in Melbourne will take between 3-5 business days of placing your order. The rest of Victoria depends on your location. Our team can advise when you contact for pricing.
Our flat-rate Melbourne metro and Geelong delivery offer for $49.99 can take between 2-4 days.
Are the shelving bays flatpacked or do they come assembled?
Your shelving bays and workbenches will be flat packed for delivery or collection. Longspan shelving units pack down really well and are very simple to assemble in situ. Shelving is also not designed to be moved around much once assembled.
Although they are simple to put together - please follow the instructions provided when assembling your shelving bays. Damage caused by incorrect assembly will not be covered under your warranty. If you are unsure of any steps, please contact us for advice and we’ll be happy to help.
Does someone need to be home to receive the delivery?
It's always best to send to an address that has someone in attendance. You should also give our courier an 'Authority To Leave' instruction by selecting this option at checkout. Failure to do this risks a redelivery charge from the courier.
Can I batch orders with friends to save money on shipping?
Absolutely! Nobody likes paying for freight, so we will do what we can to accommodate bulk orders for groups and save on shipping.
For our Zone 1 Melbourne and Geelong customers - once you have reached the threshold for the 2-tonne truck delivery then you can add more shelving units without impacting the delivery price.
For our Zone 2 - Regional Victoria near Melbourne customers we offer a flat rate $79.99 service to this zone using our own fleet of delivery vehicles (this means the shipping cost is the same if you order 1 bay or 20 bays). Order on behalf of your friends/neighbours and spread the cost of delivery!
Zone 3 - Regional & Remote Victoria customers are advised to contact customer support to discuss options. We will advise you of best options to get more shelving and pay less on freight.
