Collection from Tottenham (Melbourne) Warehouse
You are welcome to collect shelving from our Tottenham (Melbourne) warehouse Monday - Saturday. This excludes Victorian Public Holidays - check opening times here. We are located in the inner west (just past Footscray) and close to the West Gate Freeway, M80 Western/Metropolitan Ring Road and Geelong Road.
Zone 1 - Delivery to Melbourne
Cheap and fast delivery starting as low as $59.99 (depending on your order and distance from our warehouse). We can even get it to you the same day if you order before 11am (business days Monday to Friday). Once you order, you will be sent tracking information and SMS alerts to track the progress of your delivery.
We offer a 1 and 2 tonne truck service that depends on the volume of shelving you order. To get a rate, add your items to cart and enter your address details at checkout.
Zone 2 - Delivery to Regional Victoria near Melbourne
This service includes all towns and centres approximately 90 minutes drive from Melbourne (we have included Bendigo in this catchment).
We offer a flat rate service to this zone depending on your location using our own fleet of delivery vehicles (this means the shipping cost is the same if you order 1 bay or 20 bays - freight prices vary based on your postcode). This means freight costs get more economical the more you order. Order on behalf of your friends/neighbours and spread the cost of delivery!
We are also in control of getting the shelving to you with our own drivers in this zone. This means we can work with you and be a bit flexible about fulfilment.

Zone 3 - Regional & Remote Victoria
This delivery zone includes all areas further than 90 minutes drive from Melbourne (except Bendigo which we include in Zone 2).
We offer competitive delivery to all of regional Victoria through our transport partners on a case-by-case basis. Please consider the shelving you would like to order and contact us for a freight quote.
Due to the long and bulky nature of longspan steel shelving, it can be expensive to ship and delivery to remote and regional towns is more suited to larger orders.

How much does shipping cost?
Freight prices start from $59.99 to a maximum of $200 including GST for all of Victoria.
The price to ship your order depends on your location and the items you’ve ordered. For customers within Zone 1 Melbourne and Zone 2 (Regional Victoria within 90 minutes of Melbourne) we recommend you add your items to cart and proceed to checkout for a price. Customers for the rest of Victoria are advised to contact us for a quote.
Do you deliver to all of Victoria?
Yes, we do. We deliver to any residential or business address within Victoria.
We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. For further information, please contact customer support.
Do you deliver outside of Victoria?
Not at this stage. Shelving is heavy and costs to ship interstate are prohibitive.
If I'm collecting - how much can I fit in my car, truck or ute?
When you choose to collect your shelving or workbenches from our Tottenham warehouse, the products will be flat-packed in cardboard boxes for safe and easy handling.
We have staff available on site during all opening hours who have experience moving and packing our shelving products. We will help you get it packed in your vehicle and on your way.

How long does delivery take?
Orders for items that are currently in stock are usually dispatched within 24 business hours from our Melbourne warehouse. If you live in Melbourne and want it that business day, please place your order before 11am. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched and SMS alerts as the delivery approaches.
Delivery to our Zone 2 Regional Victoria within 90 minutes of Melbourne area will take between 1-3 business days of placing your order. The rest of Victoria depends on your location. Our team can advise when you contact for pricing.
Are the shelving bays flatpacked or do they come assembled?
Your shelving bays and workbenches will be flat packed for delivery or collection. Longspan shelving units pack down really well and are very simple to assemble in situ. Shelving is also not designed to be moved around much once assembled.
Although they are simple to put together - please follow the instructions provided when assembling your shelving bays. Damage caused by incorrect assembly will not be covered under your warranty. If you are unsure of any steps, please contact us for advice and we’ll be happy to help.
Does someone need to be home to receive the delivery?
It's always best to send to an address that has someone in attendance. You should also give our courier an 'Authority To Leave' instruction by selecting this option at checkout. Failure to do this risks a redelivery charge from the courier.
Can I batch orders with friends to save money on shipping?
Absolutely! Nobody likes paying for freight, so we will do what we can to accommodate bulk orders for groups and save on shipping.
For our Zone 1 Melbourne customers - once you have reached the threshold for the 2-tonne truck delivery then you can add more shelving units without impacting the delivery price.
For our Zone 2 - Regional Victoria near Melbourne customers we offer a flat rate service to this zone depending on your location using our own fleet of delivery vehicles (this means the shipping cost is the same if you order 1 bay or 20 bays - it all depends on your postcode). This means freight costs get more economical the more you order. Order on behalf of your friends/neighbours and spread the cost of delivery!
