What is Shelving Pro’s Warranty Policy?
We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us. Your shelving should perform as promised and we will do what we can to help you quickly resolve any issues.

In addition to your statutory rights, we guarantee our products for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Please note: You are required to follow the provided instructions when assembling all items and use all of the provided fittings. Incorrect assembly may void this warranty.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product who purchased it from Shelving Pro and is not transferable to new owners. The warranty only covers the product to the stated weight per shelf. Any modifications or incomplete assembly that may cause the frame duress will void all warranties.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase that includes order information (credit card statements are insufficient for this purpose). Printed or email/electronic receipts from Shelving Pro are required.

If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of receipt by the customer. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an undamaged, unused and sellable condition.

Shipping and labour charges to get the product back to point of purchase are not included in this warranty (customer is responsible for these costs). If the claim is approved, replacement parts will only then be sent by Shelving Pro Australia within Australia or the warranty claim part may be given a credit for replacement value at the discretion of our Customer Support team.

Shelving Pro will replace or repair at their discretion any items found to be defective in materials or workmanship, this does not include any damage caused by abuse or user error. Surface rust is not included in this warranty. Structural rust that may compromise the safety of the product is included, however, if this has resulted from obvious neglect or mistreatment you may void your warranty.

Replacements will be made with items of current design that may not be exact duplicates of originally purchased goods. The model used for replacement will not be lower in value than the original. This warranty gives you specific rights in addition to other rights you may have. These rights may vary from state to state which the consumer has under the trade practices act and other state and territory laws.
