Refund policy

Returns of defective items
If you believe your items to be defective, please contact us with photographs and descriptions of the issue. If deemed to be defective, you can return the items for a refund or replacement.

If you initially collected the items from our Warehouse in Sunshine West, you will be required to return them yourself and collect any replacements.

If you initially paid for delivery, Shelving Pro will facilitate the return and pay for shipping to get the item back to our Warehouse.

If you have been approved to return an item:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to deduct costs for damage caused by the user from any refund.
  • You will need to send any returns in their original packaging. We advise you to retain all packaging until you are satisfied the product is in perfect working order and you plan to keep it. We reserve the right to deduct costs for damage caused in return freight due to poor packaging and deduct this from any refund.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return your product, please notify us of your intention first and we will advise of next steps.  You should then return your product to:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this mainly depends on your bank).


Late or missing refunds
If you have been advised of an approved refund and haven’t received the refund within 7 days, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges and Change of Mind returns
We are happy to accept change of mind returns for exchange or refund if the items are unopened in their original packaging and no damage has been done to the packaging by the user.
